My name is Megan Reynolds and I have more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I have the tools, knowledge, and experience to assist you in accomplishing your fitness goals.
I began exercising when I was in high school. I learned very quickly that simply going to the gym was going to be tougher than I originally thought. Each day after I walked through the door my eyes would gaze over a machine I hadn't seen the day previous. “Glute isolator…..what the heck is that?” I began watching and copying the people in the gym that looked good. “They must know what they're doing, right?” They did, I didn't. That's when I started my journey to a body that later became very imbalanced and injury prone. As I began to also work on my cardiovascular fitness, I found that to be a very short journey. 10 minutes into the workout on a stationary bike, I felt my legs burning and my lungs collapsing. I thought “who wants to feel like this?” I left the gym and didn't return for over 3 months. Next time around, I got a Personal Trainer.
After a great experience, I decided that I wanted to help people avoid wasting time in the gym, experiencing feelings of defeat, as well help people learn how to workout safely! If you're going to the gym and do not know correct usage of exercise machines, or how to keep correct form while training, precious time and money is wasted furthering you from reaching your goals.
